  • Non-Refundable: Digital downloads, including but not limited to cut file designs, e-books, planners (digital and printable) and digital artwork, are non-refundable. We cannot issue a refund once the download link is provided or the content is accessed.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (CLOTHING, BAGS, ACCESSORIES)

  • Made to Order: Our clothing, bags, and accessories are custom-made to your specifications, ensuring a unique and personalized product.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.
  • Refund: We do not offer refunds for made-to-order items as they are crafted specifically for you.

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is a modern and eco-friendly method of printing designs directly onto fabric. This technique allows for highly detailed and vibrant designs with a soft feel on the fabric. It ensures a durable and long-lasting print. Our designs are printed using a high-quality professional direct-to-garment (DTG) process, meaning
fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the garment and blends with the fibres. This allows us to
achieve a vintage-style look on many of our designs and a feel similar to screenprinting and avoids the thick, rubbery feeling of vinyl.

Please be sure to follow the care instructions provided to ensure longevity of your new item.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Turn inside out and machine wash cold on a delicate cycle.
  • Dry on low heat setting.
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron directly on the design.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER:

  • Contact Us: If you encounter any issues with your order, such as manufacturing defects or incorrect items received, be sure to contact us as soon as possible.

  • Clear photos or images depicting the issue(s)

Resolution Options:

  • New Item: If there is a defect or error in your order, we will promptly send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
